IGT Solutions has expanded its digital transformation portfolio with the acquisition of Yexle Limited, an Appian-focused IT services firm headquartered in the UK with operations in the US, India, and Australia. The deal brings a highly specialized team of low-code experts into IGT’s fold at a time when enterprises are accelerating automation and AI-led modernization.

Yexle has built its identity entirely around the Appian low-code automation platform, maintaining a premier-tier partnership and delivering solutions that combine AI, data integration, workflow orchestration, and rapid process automation. With hundreds of specialists dedicated exclusively to Appian, the company has established a strong presence across key international markets and is known for its work in process orchestration and case management.

For IGT Solutions, an EQT Group company known for digital, data, and customer experience services, the acquisition is an expansion into the growing low-code/no-code services segment. It also strengthens the company’s offerings within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain while reinforcing its established position in Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH).
